Join ILFA
ILFA represents the global commercial legal finance industry. Membership is open to commercial legal finance companies that:
- Are meaningfully engaged in providing commercial legal finance business in a manner that reflects well on the industry
- Have a satisfactory financial condition
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction(s)
- Demonstrate capacity to support ILFA and comply with its requirements and policies
ILFA members are not engaged in individual retail consumer litigation funding, which is a separate industry subject to its own consumer finance regulation.
